All food products are non-returnable.
Returns after Dispatch of Products will not be entertained. In case the Product is found having damage in packaging after delivery of the same and/or the wrong product is shipped, the user can request for return of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than seven (7) days from the date of delivery of the Product through e-commerce website. Alternately, mail us at Prannuts mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
If in case if a refund is to be made, then we shall refund the amount after deduction of the charges (if applicable) to the customer’s bank account. In that case customer is required to mail us the details like Bank Account number, Bank Name, IFSC Code along with the order ID. The refund shall be made in the customer’s bank account within 15 working days.
